Emerald Zebra is recruiting on behalf of a trusted online brokerage firm, for a Corporate Onboarding Specialist to join their team in Limassol.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for legal entities, from initial application through to account and service activation
- Collect, review, and analyse corporate documentation, including identification of beneficial owners and controlling persons
- Conduct due diligence checks in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements (KYC/AML/CTF)
- Ensure all client-provided data is accurate, complete, and compliant with legal and internal standards
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, offering clear guidance and timely support
- Proactively follow up with clients via phone calls, emails, and reminders to ensure timely submission of required documentation
- Coordinate closely with internal teams such as Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Sales to complete onboarding efficiently
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and profiles
Your Profile:
- Minimum 1 year of experience onboarding legal entities within the financial sector (banking, brokerage, investment services, etc.)
- Solid understanding of KYC/AML principles and relevant regulatory requirements, including international standards
- Experience reviewing corporate documentation such as Articles of Association, Powers of Attorney, and ownership structures
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple client interactions professionally
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a sense of responsibility
- Upper-Intermediate level or higher proficiency in English (written and spoken) a must and Russian an advantage
- Confident user of standard office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Previous client-facing experience (customer service, account management, or similar) will be considered an advantage

- Salary Range: EUR 35,000 - 40,000 gross/year (approx. EUR 2,400 -2,600 net/month)
