Sales Representative Online Trading / FX/CFD (Remote)

About the Role:
We are hiring Sales Representatives to expand client acquisition and retention for a growing brokerage. This role is central to the company's global reach you'll work across markets and time zones, converting leads, managing accounts, and supporting long-term relationships.

The company operates fully remotely, backed by strong investors, and values a client-first approach. You will thrive if you are motivated by building trust, closing deals, and scaling sales in a fast-paced trading environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, engage, and convert new clients.

• Retain and grow existing client relationships.

• Work with IBs and affiliates to support acquisition strategies.

• Use CRM tools to track pipelines and sales activity.

• Collaborate with marketing and operations on revenue goals.

Requirements:

Client acquisition and retention. Fluent in English plus an additional language (preferably Malaysian/Indonesian, Arabic, or other). 3-5 years experience in FX/CFD sales or financial services sales.

• Strong closing skills

• Track record in lead conversion and retention

• Experience with CRM systems

Nice to haves:

• Existing client book

• Prior IB/affiliate recruitment experience

• Ability to work across multiple time zones

• Extra languages (Arabic, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Indonesian/Malaysian, Indian regional)
