Your Background

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, or Power Systems); MBA is a plus
• 5-8 years of technical or solutions sales in marine, power generation, microgrids, or BESS
• Track record of winning complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial and tendering skills; able to hold your own in C-suite discussions
• Fluent in English; Greek strongly preferred
• A proactive hunter-closer with integrity, structure, and drive

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth for MTU solutions across Cyprus from marine propulsion systems to cutting-edge power generation and energy storage (BESS).

You will be the key force behind expanding our presence in marine, power generation, and renewable energy markets, leading pursuits, building partnerships, and winning complex, high-value projects.

What You will Be Doing

• Own revenue growth across Marine, Power Generation, and Energy Storage portfolios
• Build a strong sales pipeline connecting with shipyards, utilities, EPCs, and developers
• Negotiate, close, and deliver multimillion-euro projects in the marine and energy sectors
• Develop the Cyprus Oil & Gas market entry plan and identify early opportunities

• Represent MTU at industry events, delivering impactful client presentations.
