HR Manager / Recruiter (Fluent Russian & English)

About the Opportunity

A growing fintech company specialising in analytics and risk management solutions for financial institutions is seeking an experienced HR Manager/Recruiter to join their international team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in building and scaling a dynamic, multi-national workforce.

Responsibilities

• Organising and managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer
• Creating and posting job openings across various sourcing channels
• Searching for and selecting candidates from EU countries
• Filling international administrative and IT positions
• Conducting welcome meetings and one-on-one check-ins with employees
• Managing the onboarding process for new team members

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in HR management
• Higher education in Psychology, Management, or Economics
• Proven experience filling international administrative and IT positions
• Experience in mass/volume recruitment
• Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Confident user of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva
• Access to your own PC/laptop

What's on Offer

• Official employment contract
• Working hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
• Competitive salary based on location:
  • Cyprus: €2,500–€3,500 Gross monthly
  • Ukraine: UAH 40,000–70,000 (with potential for relocation)
  • Russia: RUB 55,000–150,000 (depending on role level)
  • Kazakhstan: KZT 270,000–800,000 (depending on role level)
