About the Opportunity

LTIMindtree, a global technology consulting company with over 84,000 employees across 40+ countries, is building a dedicated Digital Innovation Hub in Nicosia in partnership with Eurobank Group and Fairfax Digital Services. Based at the CYENS Centre of Excellence, the hub is at the centre of Eurobanks digital transformation programme following the landmark merger of Eurobank Cyprus and Hellenic Bank — creating Cypruss largest financial institution with over €28 billion in assets. This is a permanent, on-site position in Nicosia, forming part of a long-term programme delivering advanced digital solutions across banking, AI and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and execute manual test cases for web and API‐based applications

Perform functional regression integration and exploratory testing

Validate API responses using tools like Postman or ReadyAPI

Log track and manage defects using JIRA or similar tools

Collaborate with developers business analysts and product owners to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage

Monitor application health and performance using tools like DataDog or Splunk

Document test results prepare test summary reports and participate in release readiness reviews

Use ServiceNow (SNOW) for incident tracking change requests and test documentation if applicable

Required Skills

Min 6 years of experience in manual testing with a focus on functional and API testing

Proficiency in Postman JIRA and test case management tools

Understanding of RESTful APIs JSON/XML formats and HTTP methods

Familiarity with monitoring tools like DataDog Splunk or similar

Exposure to ServiceNow (SNOW) or other ITSM tools

Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Greek language (mandatory)

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus
