About the Role:
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key part in accelerating our client's growth in Europe by generating leads, engaging prospects, and closing high-value deals within targeted verticals. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping merchants understand and adopt cutting-edge payment processing solutions that elevate their business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver product demos and presentations that clearly articulate the value of the company's clients payment processing technologies.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Market Research: Monitor trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to align lead-generation strategies and ensure cohesive messaging.
- Reporting: Track and update sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline status within the CRM system.
- Customer Follow-Up: Provide ongoing post-sale support to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Your Profile:
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of sales experience within the payment processing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of payment processing technologies and solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tools.
- An established merchant and industry network is considered a plus.
- Fluent in English is a must, any other languages are considered a plus.
- Results-Oriented: Driven to exceed expectations and contribute to revenue growth.
- Excellent Communicator: Able to convey complex information with clarity and confidence.
