We're working with a tech-first company that's rebuilding a global airport transfer system from the ground up and they're about to launch two modular platforms:
- A customer-facing booking application (beautiful UI, seamless UX)
- An internal CRM/CMS platform used by ops teams globally
They've hired a brilliant team of backend and AI engineers. Now they need someone like you to own the frontend to turn design concepts into reality and help shape products used by people on every continent.
Why this role?
Because you'll be the first in-house Frontend Developer in Cyprus.
You wont just write code. You'll influence architecture, own the UI layer, and grow into a lead as the local team expands in 2026.
You'll be part of a remote-first culture (for now) but they're planning a Cyprus office for those who prefer team time IRL.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new user-facing features.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimise applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
- Validate user input before submission to backend services.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- EU citizenship / permanent right to work in Cyprus (essential).
- Based in Cyprus (remote work initially).
- 5+ years of frontend development experience (enterprise-level applications).
- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES5/ES6) concepts and OOP patterns.
- Excellent knowledge of HTML5 & CSS3.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design and implementation.
- Good understanding of AJAX and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Solid knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and modular architectures.
- (Optional) Basic knowledge of PHP.
