About the Role:
A growing brokerage is seeking Customer Support Specialists to provide multilingual service to its global trading client base. You will be the first point of contact for clients, supporting onboarding, troubleshooting, and platform use.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries via chat, email, and phone.

  • Support KYC/onboarding processes.

  • Provide technical support for MT4/MT5 platforms.

  • Resolve issues through ticketing/helpdesk systems.

  • Escalate complex cases when needed.

Requirements:

Multilingual support for global client base. English as core plus one of Malaysian/Indonesian or Arabic. 2-3 years customer support experience in FX/CFD.

  • Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5 platforms

  • KYC/onboarding support

  • Ticketing/helpdesk system familiarity

Nice to haves:

  • Previous exposure to CRM integrations

  • IB/affiliate support

  • Fintech/crypto support

  • Extra languages (Indonesian/Malaysian, Indian regional, Arabic, Italian, Spanish, Russian)
