Job Summary

  • Act as the liaison between the customer community internal and external customers and the software development team ensuring effective communication and requirements flow
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with various stakeholders to gather analyze and clearly understand business needs
  • Elicit analyze and document requirements using a variety of techniques including document analysis requirements workshops business process descriptions use cases scenarios and workflow analysis
  • Develop and maintain functional and non‐functional requirements specifications in accordance with established standards and templates using clear and structured language
  • Conduct business processes analysis including review and mapping of both As‐Is To‐Be and prepare specific proposals for system enhancements modifications or replacements
  • Translate business needs into functional and non‐functional requirements for the IT organization and manage changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Participate in the review of technical documentation and other project deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Understand software development lifecycle
  • Provide regular progress updates to the BA Manager or Lead BA
  • Plan and manage work effectively to meet deadlines
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams business representatives project managers and test analysts to ensure successful delivery

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4–6 years of relevant hands‐on experience in Business Analysis within the Banking industry
  • Bachelors Degree a Masters Degree will be considered an advantage on any of the following subjects Computer science/information technology information management systems business information systems electrical/electronic engineering mathematics or science
  • Solid knowledge of the Card Payments Industry Acquiring POS eCommerce Platforms ATM Fraud/AML
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
  • Excellent command of English language both written and spoken
