We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Corporate Administrator to support the day-to-day administration and compliance of the Company's corporate entities. Based onsite in Larnaca, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling corporate filings, liaising with authorities and banks, supporting intercompany transactions, and assisting with various ad-hoc corporate and administrative matters.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Assisting the corporate department to meet its obligations, by providing general administrative and clerical support.
- Liaising with banks and regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate and support annual bank reviews and maintain up-to-date corporate documentation with banks and financial institutions.
- Handling intercompany invoicing tasks and ensure proper record keeping.
- Handle external errands with government authorities (e.g., Land Registry Department, Customs Department, and other relevant bodies).
- Preparation and filing of statutory forms with the Registrar of Companies (e.g., HE32 and other corporate changes).
- Maintain accurate and well-organized corporate files and databases, which might involve updating, managing, and maintaining filing system, organizing documents, and retrieving files.
- Assisting with document management, including scanning, photocopying, and organizing files both electronically and in hard copy.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by Management or the Head of Department.
- Perform any other relevant duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma in business administration, secretarial studies or any other related filed. Ideally educated to degree level in Law.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position within a corporate services provider, law firm.
- Basic understanding of Cyprus Companies Law and corporate governance practices will be considered an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and hands-on experience.
- Ability to deliver on instructions and work as part of a team.
- Proven ability to manage time and workload, meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn and grow within a corporate environment.
Salary: €18,000 gross annually, paid in 12 instalments
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:15 (45-minute break)
- Friday: 08:30 – 17:00 (30-minute break)

Annual Leave Scheme:
- 0–3 years of employment: 22 days
- 3–7 years of employment: 24 days
- 8+ years of employment: 28 days
