Our client offers a full suite of financial services including M&A, trade finance, project finance, ECM, transaction advisory and equity research. Renowned for its professionalism, innovation, and client-focused approach, the bank continues to grow its dynamic team and is now seeking a Customer Service Officer.


About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an early-career professional with 1-2 years of customer service experience preferably in banking operations. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to clients and supporting daily operational and administrative activities within the bank.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries, banking needs, and the promotion of products and services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the banks database and ensure all necessary documentation is collected.
  • Update client profiles and ensure internal systems reflect current records.
  • Provide clients with confirmations, bank statements, and relevant documentation.
  • Handle various administrative tasks to support the bank's operational requirements.
  • Assist with AML compliance procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Support general accounting tasks, including processing manual payments on behalf of clients.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in banking operations.
  • Fluency in English and Greek; Arabic is considered an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and professional approach.
