Role Overview
The Head of Affiliates will lead the affiliate marketing function within our player acquisition arm. You'll be responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing our affiliate network to enhance market reach, drive player acquisition, and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Program Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement a high-impact affiliate marketing strategy that aligns with the companys growth objectives in iGaming.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to accelerate reach and player acquisition.
- Cultivate strong, performance-driven relationships with existing affiliates to drive retention and sustained growth.
Performance Optimization
- Monitor affiliate campaign KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and iterate on strategy to optimize ROI and player quality.
- Collaborate with CRM, marketing, risk/payment, and product teams to align affiliate initiatives with company objectives and ensure smooth integration into broader operations.
Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing affiliate management teamsetting targets, defining KPIs, and fostering professional development.
- Manage budgets effectively and deliver results under tight timelines.
Industry Insight & Innovation
- Stay up to date with affiliate marketing trends in the iGaming sector and competitive affiliate landscape.
- Innovate and test new acquisition models, technology integrations, and monetization strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 5 years in affiliate marketing, and 7 years in broader marketing leadershipideally within high-growth iGaming or digital-first environments.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building and scaling affiliate programs with measurable outcomes.
- Marketing & Analytical Acumen: Strong knowledge of performance marketing, digital channels, ROI optimizationand data-driven mindset.
- Leadership & Relationship Skills: Exceptional ability to lead teams, negotiate partnerships, and cultivate long-term affiliate relationships.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Masters or MBA is a plus.
- Communication: Fluent in English, with additional languages being an advantage.
