We're representing a global payments and banking solutions provider expanding its sales team in Larnaca, Cyprus.

The company delivers Payments, IBAN accounts, card issuing and Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) solutions to clients across the Forex, iGaming, PSP and E-Commerce sectors. You'll join a dynamic, international team focused on building strong client networks and winning new business across these high-growth industries.

The role:

  • Hybrid, (2 days remote)

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients across multiple markets

  • Promote and sell Payments & IBAN products, cross-selling into card issuing and BaaS
  • Leverage your existing network within fintech, brokers, PSPs and merchants

  • Negotiate commercial terms, close deals and maintain long-term relationships

  • Represent the company at global industry events and conferences

What you bring:

  • 3-5 years experience in Payments, FinTech, or Financial Services sales or business development
  • Understanding of payment flows, IBAN structures and AML/KYC compliance
  • Proven track record of B2B sales

  • Fluent English; additional languages a plus

  • Based in Cyprus with EU citizenship (work visa cannot be provided for non EU)
