About the job Sales Specialist | Payments, IBAN Solutions | Larnaca | 30K + Commission
We're representing a global payments and banking solutions provider expanding its sales team in Larnaca, Cyprus.
The company delivers Payments, IBAN accounts, card issuing and Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) solutions to clients across the Forex, iGaming, PSP and E-Commerce sectors. You'll join a dynamic, international team focused on building strong client networks and winning new business across these high-growth industries.
The role:
Hybrid, (2 days remote)

Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients across multiple markets
- Promote and sell Payments & IBAN products, cross-selling into card issuing and BaaS

Leverage your existing network within fintech, brokers, PSPs and merchants

Negotiate commercial terms, close deals and maintain long-term relationships

Represent the company at global industry events and conferences
What you bring:
- 3-5 years experience in Payments, FinTech, or Financial Services sales or business development
- Understanding of payment flows, IBAN structures and AML/KYC compliance

Proven track record of B2B sales

Fluent English; additional languages a plus

Based in Cyprus with EU citizenship (work visa cannot be provided for non EU)
