About the Role:
A well-funded, international brokerage is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its finance strategy and operations. This is a critical executive position covering finance, treasury, reporting, capital adequacy, and investor relations.
The company is at a pivotal stage of growth combining startup energy with strong financial stability. Operating under an FSC license, it requires a finance leader who can implement the discipline, controls, and reporting standards associated with stricter regimes such as CySEC, FCA, and ESMA.
As CFO, you will be both a strategic partner to the board and a hands-on leader building robust processes that enable scale, ensure compliance, and support the company's ambitious global expansion.
Responsibilities:

Lead all aspects of finance, treasury, and reporting.

Oversee cashflow, P&L, and capital adequacy management.

Develop scalable financial systems across multiple jurisdictions.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting to regulators.

Support investor relations and communicate with stakeholders.

Advise on fundraising, M&A, and strategic financial opportunities.
Requirements:
Manage finance, treasury, reporting, capital adequacy, and investor relations. 10+ years financial leadership experience in brokerage/financial services.

Strong accounting/finance background (CPA/ACCA preferred)

Deep knowledge of brokerage P&L

Cashflow management

Reporting to regulators
