About the Role:
A well-funded, international brokerage is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its finance strategy and operations. This is a critical executive position covering finance, treasury, reporting, capital adequacy, and investor relations.

The company is at a pivotal stage of growth combining startup energy with strong financial stability. Operating under an FSC license, it requires a finance leader who can implement the discipline, controls, and reporting standards associated with stricter regimes such as CySEC, FCA, and ESMA.

As CFO, you will be both a strategic partner to the board and a hands-on leader building robust processes that enable scale, ensure compliance, and support the company's ambitious global expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of finance, treasury, and reporting.

  • Oversee cashflow, P&L, and capital adequacy management.

  • Develop scalable financial systems across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting to regulators.

  • Support investor relations and communicate with stakeholders.

  • Advise on fundraising, M&A, and strategic financial opportunities.

Requirements:

Manage finance, treasury, reporting, capital adequacy, and investor relations. 10+ years financial leadership experience in brokerage/financial services.

  • Strong accounting/finance background (CPA/ACCA preferred)

  • Deep knowledge of brokerage P&L

  • Cashflow management

  • Reporting to regulators

Nice to haves:

  • M&A exposure

  • Prior experience raising capital

  • Knowledge of crypto/DeFi structures

  • Cross-regulatory reporting familiarity (EU + offshore)
