Head of Conversion - Forex (Relocation to Colombia)

Spanish-speaking Head of Conversion | Bogotá, Colombia | Drive sales success at a leading global forex broker 

Emerald Zebra is working with a regulated global forex and CFD broker renowned for delivering cutting-edge trading solutions to clients around the world.

As they continue expanding their presence in Latin America, they are looking to hire a results-driven, Spanish-speaking Head of Conversion to be based in Bogota, Colombia. This leadership role reports directly to the Chief Operations Manager and CEO, and will play a key part in optimizing the customer journey and improving conversion rates.

The successful candidate will bring strong sales leadership experience within the Forex industry, a proven ability to drive performance, and a passion for developing and mentoring high-achieving sales teams.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities for the sales team.
• Set clear sales goals and objectives and develop plans to achieve them.
• Foster a collaborative and high-energy team environment.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients.
• Ensure sales processes and policies are adhered to and continuously improved.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
• Establishing trust with clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of financial technology and its implications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales position, experience in a team leading position in the FX industry will be considered as an advantage.
• Fluent in Spanish and good knowledge of English (both written and spoken).
• Good knowledge of Forex market dynamics, trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
