Working Schedule clear and transparent

  • To start with, there's an 8 week training period, during which you'll work Monday to Friday only
  • Following this 8 week training, you'll work five days per week (hybrid): four weekdays for example Monday- Thursday) plus one weekend day (either Saturday or Sunday, 9am- 5pm) on a rotating schedule.
  • Your weekday off is prescheduled, so you know exactly when you'll have that day each week.
  • On top of this: two months each year you'll have no weekend shift at all giving you full weeks off on the weekend to balance your personal life.

Your new role

Over the last few years, our client has seen a surge of interest from  its client base in the trading of digital assets like bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Their platform supports this emerging asset class, allowing clients to actively participate in the digital asset space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In this position you will:

  • Provide first line application support to clients (via email, phone, live chat) under defined SLAs
  • Act as technical first responder: triage issues across infrastructure layers (network, OS, application)
  • Analyse logs, FIX messages and other data sources to identify root causes of trading or quoting issues
  • Lead or participate in upgrades and migrations of our core application software; perform system checkouts post deployment
  • Configure client setups: liquidity provider details, routing logic, trading platform connectivity, prime broker give ups
  • Develop subject matter expertise in digital assets and act as an ambassador of that knowledge within the team.

What you bring

  • 2-5 years experience supporting clients (preferably in financial services or fintech)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and a sharp eye for detail

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows OS at power user level

  • Experience with trade execution flows, market data distribution lifecycles, or

  • similar
  • Understanding of the FIX protocol

  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, networking concepts and SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
  • Bonus: experience with MetaTrader4/5

  • Ability to handle multiple client communication streams and make high quality decisions under pressure
  • A desire to learn new tools and embrace evolving challenges.

Package Details

  • Annual Salary 42k plus performance related discretionary bonus 
  • Plus bonus for individual and department 
  • Provident fund 5% from company and individual 1-10%
