About the job Enterprise Sales Manager (Global B2B)
Emerald Zebra is working closely with a highly profitable, B2B software company and looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to take full ownership of our clients outbound sales in a global role, with a strong focus on the US market.

This role involves driving the full outbound sales cycle, from initial outreach and demo delivery to long-term relationship-building and deal closure. You will work closely with IT and C-level stakeholders through a consultative, long-cycle sales process that demands timing, trust, and technical understanding.
You will be responsible for delivering your own in-depth product demos, there is no solutions engineer involved, so a passion for learning complex software is essential. You will be supported by a marketing and business development team, with outreach channels including email campaigns, partner referrals, webinars, and trade shows.
Responsibilities
- Own the outbound sales cycle from lead engagement to deal closure
- Deliver in-depth technical demos and guide stakeholders through a consultative buying journey
- Understand customer pain points and tailor messaging to address real-world challenges
- Manage pipeline using Salesforce and maintain full accountability for targets
- Share insights with leadership to influence strategy and positioning
- Represent the company at global trade shows (around 5 trips to the US annually)
Background and Experience
- Fluent English speaker with the ability to communicate technical solutions to senior decision-makers
- Located in Cyprus or open to relocating (relocation support provided)
- At least 5 years of success in long-cycle, consultative B2B sales
- ERP or bolt-on software sales experience is highly desirable
- Technically curious, highly self-motivated, and able to learn independently
- Confident in managing pipelines and reporting through Salesforce CRM (a plus)
