As Senior Accountant, you'll work closely with the Group Finance Manager, taking charge of the monthly consolidated management accounts, quarterly financial reporting under IFRS, and group-wide cash flow monitoring. You'll be the glue between subsidiaries, auditors, service providers, and banks ensuring timely, clean, and compliant reporting across the board.

This role gives you oversight, structure, and the kind of detail-oriented challenge that suits someone who thrives on accuracy, ownership, and moving targets.

What will you do?

  • Assist with full consolidation of Group entities financials under IFRS

  • Prepare monthly consolidated management accounts and cashflow reports

  • Review trial balances, monitor weekly cash balances, and coordinate weekly 

    payments
  • Own the holding company's bookkeeping and transactional accuracy

  • Liaise with auditors, controllers, tax advisors, and banks

  • Help prepare the annual operating budget for the parent company

  • Support with VAT and tax compliance, KYC documents, and restructuring activities
  • Handle banking updates, mandates, and external information requests

  • Generate ad hoc reports and financial analysis as needed

This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role at the centre of the Group's financial heartbeat.

What you'll need to bring

  • ACA, ACCA, or similar qualification (or actively studying towards one)

  • 3-4 years of accounting experience in a structured environment

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and consolidation processes

  • Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency

  • A methodical, proactive mindset and comfort with tight deadlines

  • Excellent English, written and verbal

  • A steady hand with numbers and a sharp eye for anomalies
