The Role:

Our client's Delivery team is expanding, and they are looking for a high-caliber Project Manager to join their fast-growing organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major business transformation and to see your role evolve alongside the company's growth. You will play a critical role in managing and coordinating projects across one or more Software Development teams, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and on-time delivery.

As a Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with other Project Managers, Product Managers, and cross-functional business teams to deliver products and services seamlessly. This is a high-visibility position, placing you at the forefront of company initiatives and allowing you to work directly with senior management and technology leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver multiple projects of varying complexity and size
  • Coordinate internal and remote software development teams
  • Hold task owners accountable for deliverables and lead regular project meetings
  • Facilitate Scrum events, discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution
  • Track sprint commitments and promote team ownership to ensure timely delivery
  • Ensure requirements are complete, clear, and implementation-ready
  • Identify and remove impediments to meet project deadlines
  • Collaborate with teams to provide high-level estimations and create release plans
  • Coordinate dependencies across teams and functions
  • Support internal and external communication to improve transparency and stakeholder alignment
  • Work closely with Product Managers to ensure backlogs are well-defined, estimated, and prioritised
  • Monitor and analyse team metrics to support fast and efficient delivery
  • Follow and continuously improve company processes
  • Apply appropriate project management methodologies and tools

Your Profile:

  • BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar Project Management role
  • Experience with project management software, analysis, and reporting methods
  • Strong knowledge of tools and techniques such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and professional approach with a strong focus on quality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership abilities
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Proven ability to identify process gaps and propose improvements
  • Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle

Nice to Have:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications
  • Programming or professional technical background
  • Experience within the FX industry
