The role in a nutshell

You'll rotate across 3 shifts (yes, its 24/7but you'll always have 2 days off a week):

  • 08:00 -16:00

  • 16:00 - 00:00

  • 00:00 - 08:00

You'll be working from either Limassol or Larnaca (your choice), though your first week of training is in Limassol.

What you'll need to bring

  • Excellent written English (you'll be tested nothing scary, just a quick check)

  • Computer literacy (Excel, emails, chat systems)

  • Sharp attention to detail

  • A valid EU passport or work permit

  • A team player attitude and the ability to keep calm when things get a bit busy
