Senior Advisor, Cybersecurity, Privacy | Cyprus (Hybrid/Remote)

The Opportunity

A well-established professional services consultancy with an expanding cybersecurity and privacy practice is looking for a sharp, self-driven Cybersecurity & Privacy Consultant to join a small, high-performing team. This is a client-facing role with real variety — you'll be working across multiple regulated sectors simultaneously, which means no two weeks look the same.

The practice operates across Europe and is growing. This hire is part of that growth, and the right person will have genuine career runway.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering cybersecurity, privacy, and IT risk assessments for clients across regulated industries
• Implementing and auditing information security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR and others)
• Conducting IT audits and compliance gap analyses
• Managing client relationships directly — you'll be the expert in the room
• Contributing to business development and practice growth as the team scales

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity consulting, IT audit, privacy compliance, or a closely related field
• Solid working knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, NIS2, or DORA
• Relevant certifications are a strong advantage: ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISA, CISSP, CIPP/E
• Excellent written and spoken English 
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own time across multiple engagements
