  • Location: Larnaca, Cyprus (Office-based) 
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Working hours: 24-hour operations on a rotating shift basis, 5 days per week.

Role Overview
As a Back-Office Agent you will play a critical role in supporting daily operations related to compliance, onboarding, data processing, and internal coordination. 

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and interested in building a career within fintech, compliance operations, and digital services.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to maintaining the high operational standards required in regulated and data-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Documentation

  • Perform validation of KYC and KYB documents in line with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct thorough checks to ensure accuracy, authenticity, and completeness of client documentation.
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready records in compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Account & Client Support

  • Assist with client onboarding and account-opening processes.
  • Communicate with internal teams and, when necessary, external partners to resolve documentation issues.
  • Provide support during customer verification and review procedures.
    Operations & Administration
  • Ensure timely processing and handling of operational requests and documentation.
  • Maintain proper digital filing systems and update records within internal databases.
  • Contribute to improving efficiency in day-to-day back-office workflows.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with compliance, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth processes and alignment.
  • Support multilingual documentation and assist with translations where required (if applicable).

Quality & Performance

  • Follow company procedures and service-level agreements to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Proactively identify errors or irregularities and escalate appropriately.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive data.

Skills & Competencies

  • Diploma or University degree (Business, Finance or relevant experience in compliance, fintech, or administration will be considered as an advantage).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Very good computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools).
  • Knowledge of compliance or fintech processes is an advantage.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented.
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
