- Working hours: 24-hour operations on a rotating shift basis, 5 days per week.
Role Overview
As a Back-Office Agent you will play a critical role in supporting daily operations related to compliance, onboarding, data processing, and internal coordination.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and interested in building a career within fintech, compliance operations, and digital services.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to maintaining the high operational standards required in regulated and data-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Documentation
- Perform validation of KYC and KYB documents in line with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
- Conduct thorough checks to ensure accuracy, authenticity, and completeness of client documentation.
- Maintain organized, audit-ready records in compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
Account & Client Support
- Assist with client onboarding and account-opening processes.
- Communicate with internal teams and, when necessary, external partners to resolve documentation issues.
- Provide support during customer verification and review procedures.
Operations & Administration - Ensure timely processing and handling of operational requests and documentation.
- Maintain proper digital filing systems and update records within internal databases.
- Contribute to improving efficiency in day-to-day back-office workflows.
Collaboration
- Work closely with compliance, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth processes and alignment.
- Support multilingual documentation and assist with translations where required (if applicable).
Quality & Performance
- Follow company procedures and service-level agreements to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Proactively identify errors or irregularities and escalate appropriately.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive data.
Skills & Competencies
- Diploma or University degree (Business, Finance or relevant experience in compliance, fintech, or administration will be considered as an advantage).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Very good computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools).
- Knowledge of compliance or fintech processes is an advantage.
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
- Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
