A leading provider of financial technology for the brokerage industry is hiring a Sales Representative to drive market development across the EMEA region. You'll leverage a rich product suite to address growth opportunities for MT4/MT5 brokerages, identifying, building and managing relationships with new and existing clients, generating leads, and helping shape event-related sales and marketing initiatives.

This is an on-site role in Limassol, joining a team of six in Cyprus within a global business of 100+ employees spanning Africa, Latin America, Asia, Europe and Cyprus.

What we need to see

  • At least 1 to 2 years of B2B sales experience (fintech, payments, tech or SaaS preferred; B2B sales in fintech or forex a strong advantage)
  • Currently located in Cyprus, available for an on-site role in Limassol
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and teamwork skills
  • Fluent English (Hindi or Russian a competitive advantage)

What you'll be doing

  • Active sales across EMEA, network growth and sales plan execution
  • Maintaining client relationships through support, information and guidance
  • Maintaining the CRM and other company systems
  • Processing incoming requests and preparing reports
  • Collaborating with the Technical Support department
  • Attending industry events and conferences worldwide, including company-led events

Training and progression

  • Full product training across your first six weeks
  • A clear path from Sales to Senior Sales to Business Development Manager
  • Performance reviews twice a year in a supportive environment built around your growth and achievement

Conditions

  • EUR 2,500 to 3,500 gross per month, base plus sales bonuses

  • Six-month probationary period (training included)
