About the Opportunity
LTIMindtree, a global technology consulting company with over 84,000 employees across 40+ countries, is building a dedicated Digital Innovation Hub in Nicosia in partnership with Eurobank Group and Fairfax Digital Services. Based at the CYENS Centre of Excellence, the hub is at the centre of Eurobanks digital transformation programme following the landmark merger of Eurobank Cyprus and Hellenic Bank — creating Cypruss largest financial institution with over €28 billion in assets. This is a permanent, on-site position in Nicosia, forming part of a long-term programme delivering advanced digital solutions across banking, AI and data analytics.
Responsibilities
Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers
Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques
Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory practice and guidelines
Coaches the Scrum team in self‐organization cross‐functional skillset domain knowledge and communicates effectively both internally and externally working within the Scrum team
Proactively resolves team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization
Exposure to Jira Confluence MS Office
Good communication skills Reporting to stakeholders with Agile Metrics
Should be able to engage the Scrum Team and supporting team Being tactful is key
Facilitates and supports all scrum events Sprint Planning Daily Scrum Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective
Works with Scrum Team as well as internal and external stakeholders to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams
