About the Role:

On behalf of our client, a reputable technologies company which is part of a well-established group of companies, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT System Administrator to join their IT department onsite at their Limassol headquarters. Reporting directly to the Head of IT, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the technology infrastructure across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, organise, modify and support the company's and clients' computer systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
• Install new and rebuild existing servers; configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories and storage in line with established standards and project/operational requirements
• Administer and maintain servers, desktops, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, smartphones and other connected devices
• Manage software deployment, security updates and patch management across the infrastructure
• Provide timely and effective technical support to end users, working collaboratively to resolve queries and minimise downtime
• Maintain and monitor network facilities across individual machines and the wider environment

Your Profile - Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar IT administration role
• Technical Skills & Certifications:

       – Windows Server administration

      – Virtualisation technologies (Hyper-V, VMware)

      – Cisco and Aruba networking

     –  UTM firewall administration

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and recommending solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, with a high degree of professional discipline and accountability
• Relevant certifications such as MCSA, MCSE or CCNA will be considered a strong advantage.
