Established in 2012, this company is an industry-leading provider of turnkey gaming platform solutions for online casino and sportsbook operators. They offer a full-service model covering platform technology, CRM, licensing, player management, payment processing, and customer support, giving clients everything needed to launch and scale a gaming brand. 

This is a hybrid role, with presence in the Limassol office required only on Wednesdays. The starting salary for this position is €2,200 gross monthly.

The CRM Account Manager duties & Responsibilities:

  • Creating monthly promotion plans and marketing campaigns
  • Configuring and testing offers
  • Analysing and reporting on campaigns results
  • Optimizing campaigns
  • Working closely with the content and design teams to create the best campaigns for various communication channels (email, sms, web push, pop ups, etc.)

Requirements:

  • High technical aptitude and data-driven approach
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and AI tools
  • Proficient in English
  • Multitasking capabilities
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
