Product Designer (B2B SaaS)
Limassol (Hybrid)
Our client is a leading provider of digital solutions in the Health & Safety, Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry. We build B2B SaaS products that support safety-critical workflows, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across multiple European markets.
We are looking for a Product Designer (Mid-level) to help design complex, data-driven web and mobile applications used by inspectors, engineers, and safety managers in the field and in the office.
This is not a marketing or branding role. You will work on core product experiences, end-to-end workflows, and scalable design systems in a regulated, real-world environment.
What Youll Do
As a Product Designer, you will:
- Own and contribute to the end-to-end design process, from discovery to delivery
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and domain experts to design solutions for B2B users operating within regulatory and operational constraints
- Translate product requirements and user problems into:
- User journeys
- Task and interaction flows
- Wireframes
- High-fidelity UI designs
- Design data-heavy web application interfaces, including dashboards, forms, and structured workflows
- Maintain, extend, and improve the existing design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products
- Create interactive prototypes in Figma to validate concepts with stakeholders and users
- Leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g. Figma Make) to accelerate prototyping and design exploration
- Participate in user research and usability testing, incorporating feedback into design iterations
- Use product analytics and user behavior data (e.g. funnels, usage patterns, KPIs) to inform design decisions and identify UX improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to interpret insights from analytics tools and experimentation
- Work closely with engineering during implementation to ensure design quality and feasibility
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and are suitable for safety-critical environments

Must-have:
- Strong experience designing web applications
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience as a Product Design / UX Designer
- Experience working on B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or complex internal tools
- Strong understanding of UX for complex workflows, data-heavy interfaces, and form-based experiences
- Working knowledge of product analytics and data-informed design (e.g. interpreting dashboards, funnels, user engagement metrics)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Wireframing and rapid prototyping
- Design systems and component libraries
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, prototyping)
- Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and incorporate qualitative and quantitative feedback

Nice to have:
- Experience in regulated or safety-critical domains (e.g. health & safety, industrial)
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience collaborating on A/B tests or usability experiments
