Product Designer
Hybrid Cyprus (with some travel)
Up to 45,000 gross annually + full benefits.
At our clients organisation, your designs will help protect lives literally. They build software that powers Health & Safety testing across Europe. Its not just pretty interfaces. Its clean, intuitive UX that helps inspection engineers do their job better, faster, and safer.
This role isn't tucked away in a design silo either. You'll be part of a lean, collaborative product team-working closely with users, engineers, and the GM (your current line manager) to shape tools that actually get used.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading product design from insight to implementation
- Talking to real users, understanding pain points and turning them into flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Owning the visual language for web and mobile platforms typography, colour, layout, interaction
- Testing and iterating until we get it right (not just until it ships)
- Making data-driven decisions with usability tests, surveys, and analytics
- Keeping things accessible, compliant, and user-friendly for all
You'll thrive here if you:
- Have 6+ years in digital product design for web and mobile platforms
- Know how to balance creativity with clarity and beauty with usability
- Are comfortable leading research, presenting design concepts, and translating business needs into clean design
- Have a strong design portfolio (UX, UI, and graphic design)
- Speak fluent English, and are happy to travel occasionally when needed
