Position Description
- General office administration related duties
- Administration functions in relation to payroll and social insurance contributions
- Corporate Administration functions in relation to the Registrar of Companies (e.g. Annual Returns)
- Execute Compliance procedures (Client Acceptance procedures)
- Support to Accounting Department functions
- Administration duties in relation to services provided to Clients
- Other administration/ secretarial duties
Position requirements
- University degree with grade 2:1 or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration or similar discipline
- Excellent IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, web)
- Client service-oriented skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in Greek and English languages (written and spoken)
The following will be considered as a strong advantage (but are not prerequisites):
- Knowledge of an Accounting/Payroll Software (s)
- Fluent knowledge (written and verbal) of a foreign language

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:45 – 13:00 / 14:00 – 17:15 and Wednesday, Friday: 7:45 - 15:00
