About the Role
A fast‑scaling, AI‑native healthcare platform is seeking a Full‑Stack Engineer with strong Python and React experience. This is a high‑impact opportunity to build foundational systems that directly improve patient access to specialty medications. What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain full‑stack features using Python (backend) and React (frontend)
- Develop APIs and backend services that power core workflows in specialty medication access
- Build intuitive, high‑performance interfaces for providers, care teams, and operations staff
- Translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable, elegant software solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, well‑tested code
- Participate in architectural discussions and influence core technical decisions
- Contribute to performance, reliability, and security best practices
What You Bring
- 2+ years of professional full‑stack engineering experience in a startup environment
- Strong proficiency in Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask, or similar)
- Strong proficiency in React (hooks, state management, modern frontend patterns)
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
- Ability to thrive in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments
- Strong communication skills and cross‑functional collaboration
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated environments
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker
- Interest in AI‑driven systems, intelligent automation, or agentic workflows
