About the Role

A fast‑scaling, AI‑native healthcare platform is seeking a Full‑Stack Engineer with strong Python and React experience. This is a high‑impact opportunity to build foundational systems that directly improve patient access to specialty medications. What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain full‑stack features using Python (backend) and React (frontend)
• Develop APIs and backend services that power core workflows in specialty medication access
• Build intuitive, high‑performance interfaces for providers, care teams, and operations staff
• Translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable, elegant software solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, well‑tested code
• Participate in architectural discussions and influence core technical decisions
• Contribute to performance, reliability, and security best practices

What You Bring

• 2+ years of professional full‑stack engineering experience in a startup environment
• Strong proficiency in Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask, or similar)
• Strong proficiency in React (hooks, state management, modern frontend patterns)
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
• Ability to thrive in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments
• Strong communication skills and cross‑functional collaboration

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated environments
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker
• Interest in AI‑driven systems, intelligent automation, or agentic workflows
