PLS-CADD Transmission Line Project Engineering Manager (69kV+) | Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overhead transmission line engineering projects (69kV+) from concept through execution
• Serve as technical lead for PLS-CADD modeling, line routing, and transmission design
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables across multiple projects
• Perform and review structural design calculations (foundations, framing, loading)
• Collaborate across disciplines: permitting, procurement, and construction support
• Interface with utility clients and support proposals and business development
• Mentor and develop engineers in PLS-CADD and transmission design best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, or related)
• 8–12+ years of transmission line design experience (69kV+)
• Advanced PLS-CADD expertise (REQUIRED)
• Strong knowledge of structural transmission design (steel, wood, composite, lattice towers)
• Proven engineering leadership and project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE license) strongly preferred
• Experience supporting EPC or engineering consulting projects
• Background working with utility clients
