About the job Full‑Stack Engineer
About the Company
Corridor is an AI‑native health insurance brokerage transforming how small businesses access and manage healthcare benefits. Instead of the traditional brokerage model — manual spreadsheets, phone calls, and slow turnaround — Corridor uses AI agents and workflow automation to deliver Fortune‑500‑quality benefits guidance to companies with under 50 employees.
Founded just three months ago, the company has already raised $10M from Bain Capital Ventures and is building a world‑class team of second‑time founders and operators from Scale AI, McKinsey, Built Robotics, and more. With only 7 employees, every hire meaningfully shapes the product, culture, and trajectory toward Series A.
About the Role
We're hiring a backend‑leaning full‑stack engineer to build the AI automations, integrations, and workflows that power the future of health insurance brokerage. You'll own a full product domain end‑to‑end — from design to deployment — and work directly with internal teams to replace manual processes with production‑grade AI agents.
This is a top‑priority hire and will set the engineering bar for the next 5–15 team members.
What You'll Do
- Build production AI agents that automate core brokerage workflows: quoting, census normalization, RFP creation, enrollment, and ongoing servicing
- Own a product domain end‑to‑end: design, build, deploy, monitor, and iterate with high autonomy
- Work directly with internal ops and GTM teams — observe manual workflows, then eliminate them with automation
- Build carrier integrations across browser automation (Playwright), EDI/SFTP feeds, email parsing, and RFP submission flows
- Work across the full stack:
- Backend: TypeScript, Python, Temporal, AWS
- Frontend: React
- AI: Claude, MCP, agentic tooling
- Partner with the VP of Engineering on infra and the CPO on product direction
- Raise the engineering bar and help define culture, standards, and hiring for the next wave of growth
