About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Lead – Patient Strategy to drive the design, integration, and evolution of patient‑facing digital platforms across CRM, AI, and cloud ecosystems. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Patient CRM systems, AWS services, and AI orchestration to build intelligent, compliant, and scalable patient engagement solutions.

You will partner closely with architects, data teams, and business stakeholders to create seamless patient journeys, unify data across platforms, and implement next‑generation AI agents that support proactive patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Platform & Integration Leadership

  • Design end‑to‑end data and workflow integrations across Salesforce Health Cloud, AWS, and other patient systems
  • Ensure a unified single source of truth for patient data
  • Collaborate with architects to define scalable, secure, and compliant platform designs

AI Orchestration & Automation

  • Lead development of Agentic AI solutions using AWS Bedrock
  • Build AI agents that process real‑time data from the Data Lake to deliver proactive nudges to patients and case managers
  • Optimize data workflows and troubleshoot complex technical issues

AWS Engineering

  • Develop and integrate solutions using AWS Lambda, Glue, S3, Athena, and related services
  • Implement data pipelines, event‑driven architectures, and secure data exchange patterns

Patient Engagement & CRM

  • Leverage expertise in patient engagement tools within the Pharma Commercial domain
  • Enhance patient service workflows, case management, and digital touchpoints
  • Ensure all solutions comply with HIPAA and regional privacy regulations

Stakeholder Communication

  • Translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Work cross‑functionally with product, data, compliance, and commercial teams
  • Provide technical leadership, documentation, and best‑practice guidance

Required Skills & Experience

  • Expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud or other Patient CRM platforms
  • Strong experience with AWS services (Lambda, Glue, S3, Athena)
  • Hands‑on experience developing AI agents using AWS Bedrock
  • Strong data analysis, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization skills
  • Experience integrating CRM, cloud, and data lake environments
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and Pharma‑specific data governance requirements
  • Experience with patient engagement or patient services tools in the Pharma Commercial domain
