About the job Video Editor
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative video content for our online training courses. You will work closely with our instructional design team to produce high-quality videos that effectively communicate complex medical concepts and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit raw footage into high-quality, polished videos for our online courses
- Collaborate with the instructional design team to understand the course objectives and create videos that effectively convey the required information
- Utilize motion graphics, sound effects, and other visual elements to enhance the videos
- Ensure that all videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent style and tone
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our videos
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Maintain an organized library of video assets for future use
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Video Editor, preferably in the e-learning or healthcare industry
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation software is a plus
- Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A portfolio or demo reel showcasing your video editing skills is required
