emerjence LLC seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead all task areas of a large federal cybersecurity and IT support contract. The Program Manager will oversee project delivery, ensure coordination across multidisciplinary teams, manage performance metrics, and interface with government leadership. This role includes responsibility for daily operations, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and meeting contractual requirements across cybersecurity strategy, communications, CISO support, and project operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• PMP certification
• 7+ years of experience supporting a strategic planning group, or PMO
• Experience overseeing strategic planning, performance tracking, and PMO operations
• Strong leadership, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills
