Emirates Talent Solution is hiring a dedicated and highly organized Executive Assistant / Secretary for a prestigious property development company based in Dubai. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to support senior management in a dynamic, high-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Administrative Support

Manage calendars, meetings, and daily schedules for senior executives

Draft, edit, and prepare reports, project updates, presentations, and business correspondence

Maintain organized filing systems and confidential property development records
Communication & Coordination
-
Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, including investors, brokers, and consultants

Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, site visits, and event participation
-
Ensure smooth communication flow across departments and project teams
Meetings & Events
-
Organize meetings, conferences, property launches, and internal events
-
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-ups and deliverables

Ensure all materials, presentations, and logistics are prepared in advance
Confidentiality & Discretion

Handle confidential project information and legal documents with utmost professionalism

Ensure secure management of contracts, property agreements, and sensitive company data
Office & HR Support

Oversee office supply management and administrative support tasks

Assist HR with onboarding, document management, and general coordination of team activities
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field

5 - 7 years of experience in a similar executive support role (required)

Previous experience in the property development or real estate industry (preferred)

Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
