Job Overview:

A well-established Signage & Outdoor Media company is looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in Google Ads, SEO, PPC, social media campaigns, and graphic design. The ideal candidate must be a 360° marketing professional who can handle both strategy and execution across digital platforms while ensuring high-quality visual content and brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Google Ads & Paid Campaigns

  • Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns across Google Search, Display, and YouTube.
  • Continuously optimize ad performance to meet conversion and ROI targets.

SEO & Website Optimization

  • Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Work closely with web developers to ensure an SEO-friendly site structure and smooth user experience.

Social Media Marketing

  • Manage paid and organic campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Create content calendars and supervise graphic development for digital campaigns.

Graphic Design & Visual Content

  • Design engaging and brand-aligned creatives for digital ads, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with in-house or freelance designers for high-quality visual outputs when needed.

PPC & Lead Generation

  • Design and manage targeted PPC campaigns to drive qualified leads for signage and media services.
  • Analyze and refine conversion paths to optimize lead generation.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Utilize Google Analytics, Search Console, and social platform insights to measure and report campaign performance.
  • Provide regular performance updates with actionable insights to management.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing especially in Google Ads, SEO, PPC, Social Media Advertising, and Graphic Design.
  • Proven experience in the signage, advertising, or media industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficient with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong creative mindset paired with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
