The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to support senior executives in a fast-paced, professional real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Administrative Support

Manage executive calendars, meetings, and daily schedules efficiently

Draft, edit, and prepare business reports, project presentations, and official correspondence

Maintain structured filing systems and handle confidential project documents
Communication & Coordination

Act as a point of contact between the executive team, internal departments, and external stakeholders (consultants, brokers, investors)

Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and site visits for senior executives
-
Ensure timely communication flow across all project and business teams
Meetings & Event Support

Organize internal meetings, project briefings, and corporate events

Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track action points

Ensure all necessary materials and logistics are arranged beforehand
Confidentiality & Professionalism

Handle sensitive company and project information with utmost discretion

Manage confidential agreements, legal contracts, and critical business documents securely
Office & HR Assistance

Oversee office administration needs and basic operational support

Assist HR with new employee onboarding, document preparation, and general coordination
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field

5 - 7 years of experience in an executive support or secretarial role (required)

Prior experience in property development, real estate, or the construction industry (preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Urdu fluency is a plus)
