We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Virtual Assistant to support ongoing financial tasks. This role starts at a low weekly hour commitment but is expected to grow over time as the business expands.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update QuickBooks (Online) records
- Categorize transactions and reconcile bank/credit card accounts
- Assist with invoicing and expense tracking
- Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, cash flow)
- Keep financials clean, accurate, and organized
Requirements
- Experience with QuickBooks (required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Clear and consistent communication
