Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Cold Caller / Virtual Assistant to join our real estate team. Your main responsibility will be to call property owners to identify homeowners who are interested in selling their property. This role is crucial in building our pipeline of seller leads for off-market real estate opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to homeowners using a provided script and call list

  • Qualify leads by asking key screening questions

  • Accurately input and update lead information in the CRM

  • Set appointments or forward hot leads to the acquisitions team

  • Follow up with leads as needed

  • Maintain high call volume and daily reporting

  • Stay professional and courteous at all times

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of cold calling or sales experience in US real estate preferred

  • Fluent in English (clear speaking voice and minimal accent)

  • Confident and friendly phone presence

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Podio, REsimpli, or similar)

  • Familiarity with tools like Mojo Dialer, CallTools, or BatchDialer is a plus

  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Preferred Skills (not required):

  • Real estate knowledge (investing, or sales)

  • Spanish fluency (optional but a bonus)

  • Familiarity with U.S. time zones and markets

Work Hours:

  • Must be available to call during U.S. business hours (typically 9 AM 6 PM EST/PST)

  • Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available
