About the job Project Manager
Oversee the successful implementation and launch of customer projects by supporting Sr. Customer Project Manager with the review of project plans, coordinating with different teams and departments regarding timelines, budgets, KPI, and other key elements to the project. Building relationships within the team to enhance customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Ensure that projects remain in-scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements. Provides project status updates at predetermined time intervals to Sr. Customer Project Manager. Ensures adherence to legally binding requirements.
- Participate and lead meetings with multiple departments.
- Establish key project criteria metrics.
- Establish lessons learned and review with all departments to prevent repeat occurrences. Responsible for motivating the team, as well as resolving team conflicts.
- Ensure proper risk management by documenting all risks and reporting to Sr. Customer Project Manager.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal personnel and external communication as directed. Solid technical understanding and ability to define and refine requirements through a project lifecycle. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines. Ability to learn quickly, understand and apply new technologies.
- Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
