About the job CSR Order Administrator
Seeking an experienced Order Administrator - CSR to manage all aspects of orders processing and fulfillment, ensure a timely response to internal & external customer requests to achieve customer satisfaction goals. Candidates MUST HAVE EXCELLENT EXCEL SKILLS WITH V-LOOKUPS, PIVOT TALBLES & FORMULAS FOR data analysis and reporting.
General Duties:
- Assist in the daily aspects of order processing, fulfillment, and customer service.
- Provide quick and accurate responses to interoffice emails and emails from customers.
- Assist in generating reports using excel.
- Work with different departments, like receiving, depot, planner and shipping to fulfill the customers requests on timely manner.
- Provide estimate delivery time if the request cant be made on time
- Assist to verify OSD & exception handling cases to feedback to customer.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications - Education and/or Experience
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- At least one year of RECENT CSR/Order Management experience.
- Must be proficient with MS Excel for data analysis (this includes formulas, pivots and v-lookups).
- Work well with a team and exhibit effective communication skills.
- Pays close attention to details to identify order discrepancies and resolve issues with variances.
- Possesses clear knowledge of computer ordering systems and has ability to navigate and troubleshoot computer systems as necessary.
- Needs to be hands-on with ambition and drive to succeed - Makes things happen.
- Goal oriented and must be accustomed to achieving results through teamwork.
