Business Analyst
Job Summary
The Manufacturing Business/Operations Analyst supports plant and supply‑chain operations by collecting and analyzing production, quality, inventory, and cost data to identify improvement opportunities, optimize throughput, and reduce production costs. The role partners with production, engineering, quality, procurement, and finance teams to drive data‑driven decisions and implement process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support plant operations analysis.
2. Serve as advisor to the Plant Manager's office and consolidate site expense analysis.
3. Establish the advisory unit's organization and operating model and enable effective communication with commercial teams.
4. Provide commercial teams with competitive advantage assessments and preliminary pricing analysis for plant.
Qualifications
Education
Graduated from university or above, major in Industrial Engineering, Business, Statistics, or a related field
Experience
2–5 years of experience in manufacturing analysis, operations analysis, or continuous roles
Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulas).
- Strong attention to detail, time management and multitasking ability.
- Strong interpersonal skills and cross-departmental coordination experience.
- Languages: English required.
