Full-Stack Software Engineer (Remote or Hybrid)

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and build features end-to-end across the frontend, backend, and services.

• Create modern, responsive UIs using React (Next.js, TypeScript) and TailwindCSS.

• Develop scalable backend services with Node.js (Express/NestJS) and Go.

• Integrate external APIs and services, even if new to you.

• Balance rapid product delivery with long-term scalability.

• Refactor and maintain a clean, secure, and scalable codebase.

Our Stack:

• Frontend: Next.js, React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS

• Backend: Node.js (Express/NestJS), Go

• Databases/Systems: PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka

• Infrastructure: Docker, AWS, GitHub Actions (CI/CD)

You Bring:

• 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer

• Strong skills with TypeScript, React, and backend development

• Interest or experience with Go or willingness to learn

• Ability to build intuitive, user-focused web applications

• High standards for clean, maintainable code

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the willingness to be a generalist

• DevOps experience (Docker, AWS, CI/CD)

• Experience with distributed systems and microservices

• Fluent English skills (German is a plus)

Bonus Points:

• Hands-on experience with Go

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka)

• Background in early-stage startups and growing engineering teams
