Senior Data Engineer (Berlin or Remote)

We are hiring a Senior Data Engineer for a fast-growing company in Berlin. You will design scalable data pipelines, enhance data quality frameworks, and develop APIs for seamless data integration. If you are passionate about optimizing data infrastructure and supporting machine learning and analytics teams, we want to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Optimize workflows for structured and semi-structured data.

• Establish and maintain a robust data quality framework across all operations.
• Develop secure, scalable APIs for third-party data exports and integrations.
• Enhance the data platform to better support machine learning and analytics teams.
• Drive improvements in data monitoring, logging, and anomaly detection.

What You Need:

• 3-5+ years of experience in data engineering.

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, focusing on ETL/ELT 

  optimization.
• Experience with data ingestion, validation, monitoring, and alerting.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, including dimensional modeling and star schemas.
• Hands-on experience with data orchestration tools like Dagster or Airflow.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Terraform (nice to have).
