Data Scientist (Remote or Hybrid)

We are hiring a Data Scientist for a fast-growing startup based in Germany. You will identify impactful data opportunities, deploy machine learning models, and apply statistical best practices to drive measurable business outcomes.

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify high-value machine learning opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Develop, deploy, and iterate on end-to-end machine learning models.
• Apply strong statistical methods such as A/B testing, probability theory, and regression analysis.
• Deeply understand business challenges and customer behavior to improve model impact.

Our Tech Stack:

• Programming: Python, SQL

• Cloud: AWS, GCP, or Azure

• Tools: ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)

You Bring:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist

• Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade ML models

• Strong statistical foundation in testing, probability, and regression

• Proficiency with Python and SQL

• Ability to lead projects and collaborate across multiple teams

• Strong communication skills to present complex findings clearly
