About the Role

As Maintenance Manager, you will lead all maintenance activities within a corrugated manufacturing facility, ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and workplace safety. This role is responsible for developing and managing preventative maintenance programs, overseeing work order systems, and leading a high-performing maintenance team in a demanding production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive preventative maintenance program
• Oversee and manage maintenance work orders and scheduling
• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team, setting clear expectations and accountability
• Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of production equipment, including corrugators, converting equipment, and supporting systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues
• Partner with production leadership to prioritize maintenance activities
• Establish and track KPIs such as downtime, preventative maintenance completion rates, and work order closure
• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability and minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically within the corrugated industry
• Hands-on experience with corrugators and converting equipment
• Experience implementing and managing preventative maintenance systems
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand manufacturing environment
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) preferred
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
