About the Role

As a CNA or Caregiver, you will provide hands-on personal care and attention to residents, supporting their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. You will play an important role in enhancing quality of life for the elderly while working in a supportive environment that values empathy, respect, and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

For CNAs:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and dining.

  • Take and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, and weight.

  • Keep resident rooms, beds, and belongings neat and clean.

  • Accompany and escort residents to activities, dining, and beauty/barber appointments.

  • Complete daily patient flow sheet notes and observations.

  • Provide ongoing support to understand residents physical, mental, and spiritual needs.

For Caregivers:

  • Provide personal care and assistance in daily living activities, hygiene, and medical needs.

  • Engage with residents one-on-one, supporting their physical, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

  • Gain and apply knowledge of nursing practices, equipment, and procedures in elderly care.

Requirements

  • Current/active CNA certification or prior caregiving experience.
  • Knowledge of nursing practices, materials, and equipment related to patient care.
  • Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills to support elderly residents.
