With a reputation for innovation and excellence, we are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our collaborative team and help drive growth through organized, impactful marketing and sales support.

About the Role

In this role, you will be the operational backbone for our business development and marketing functions managing leads, streamlining CRM processes, coordinating proposals, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency. You will work closely with Business Development, Preconstruction, and Design teams to ensure every client touchpoint reflects our quality and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Log, categorize, and manage incoming CRM leads (PipeDrive or similar).

  • Triage and qualify leads; assign next steps to appropriate team members.

  • Coordinate internal meetings between Business Development, Preconstruction, and Design.

  • Prepare and distribute proposals, Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), and presentations.

  • Track deadlines, follow-ups, and sales performance metrics.

  • Handle client communication logistics, including scheduling.

  • Manage marketing calendar and assist in executing campaigns (LinkedIn, email newsletters, event promotions).

  • Help create, update, and maintain marketing materials (website, presentations, brochures, one-pagers).

  • Collaborate with content creators to develop case studies, blog posts, and social media content.

  • Monitor engagement analytics and support campaign performance reporting.

  • Maintain consistency in messaging, branding, and voice across all communication channels.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, marketing support, or a similar role, preferably within construction, engineering, or design industries.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (PipeDrive, Salesforce, etc.) and marketing platforms (Mailchimp, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

  • Strong written communication and copy-editing skills.

  • Experience preparing proposals, SOQs, and presentation decks.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva (a plus).

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
