ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Digital Media Implementer is responsible for the technical execution and day-to-day management of our paid media campaigns. This role is critical for bringing our digital strategies to life, ensuring flawless campaign setup, launch, and optimization. The talent will support Digital Media Planners by handling all executional aspects of campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok. Furthermore, they are responsible for gathering performance data and contributing to the full reporting lifecycle, from daily monitoring through to the final creation of a post-mortem report and certificate of completion.

WORK ARRANGEMENT:

  • Engagement Type: Full-time resources (exclusive to project); fixed-term contract with possibility of extension or renewal.
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid; 2-3 days onsite reporting in Makati City
  • Workdays: Monday to Friday
  • Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Philippine Time (PHT)
  • Tools & Platforms: Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Availability: The role requires availability for daily team check-ins and critical campaign launches. Availability for weekend work or overtime may be required from time to time, especially during major campaign periods.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT:

  • Computer/Laptop: At least Intel i5 equivalent or higher and 8GB RAM or higher.
  • Stable Internet Connection: Minimum speed must be 25Mbps (download) and 10Mbps (upload), wired connection is preferred (but not required), and back up connection is a plus.
  • Peripherals: Built-in or external webcam, headset with microphone (noise cancelling is a plus)
  • Backup power source is a ideal, but not required

COMPENSATION TERMS:

  • The Digital Media Implementer shall be compensated at a monthly rate.
  • Payment shall be processed according to the agreed billing cycle and in accordance with the invoicing guidelines set by the client or the Company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set up, launch, and monitor paid media campaigns across various digital platforms, including Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Implement and verify tracking pixels and conversion events to ensure accurate data collection and performance measurement.
  • Conduct daily campaign health checks, including budget pacing, bid adjustments, asset performance, and metrics monitoring against planned KPIs.
  • Troubleshoot any technical issues related to campaign setup, ad delivery, or tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with Digital Media Planners to ensure campaign execution is perfectly aligned with the strategic plan.
  • Pull raw data and provide implementation-specific insights for weekly and monthly performance reports.

EXPECTED DELIVERABLES:

  • Accurately launched campaigns based on provided media plans and timelines.
  • Daily campaign performance logs and pacing updates.
  • Weekly reports detailing key performance metrics (e.g., Spend, Impressions, Clicks, Conversions, ROAS) are submitted every Friday or may depend on the clients requirement.
  • Confirmation of correct tracking pixel implementation for all new campaigns.
  • Contribution of performance data and executional notes for monthly client reports, due by the third working day of the following month.
  • All reports to be submitted in Google Sheets or PDF format.

REPORTING STRUCTURE:

  • The Digital Media Implementer will report directly to the Digital Media Planner responsible for their assigned accounts.
  • There will be daily check-ins with the supervising Planner and participation in weekly team status meetings.
  • All communication and project updates will be managed through Slack, with file sharing and documentation handled via Google Drive.
  • The role involves close collaboration with the planning team and may require coordination with creative teams or other internal stakeholders as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Media Buyer, Ad Ops Specialist, or in a similar campaign management role.
  • Proven proficiency in managing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (e.g., CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR) and how to optimize for them.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills are a must.
  • Experience in an agency setting or with e-commerce/retail clients is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
