ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Brand Manager (Consumer Connection) will lead the growth, development, and operations of portfolio dedicated to Homemakers with Kids. This role drives strategies, tactics, and plans for all elements of the brands marketing mix, ensuring alignment across the category and strengthening the brands connection to this consumer segment.
WORK ARRANGEMENT:
- Engagement Type: Full-time resources (exclusive to project); fixed-term contract with the possibility of long-term engagement.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid; 1 day remote and 4 days onsite in BGC, Taguig City
- Tools & Platforms: Collaboration tools, project trackers, and communication platforms (e.g., email, chat, video conferencing) to be provided and maintained by the client in the food and beverage industry.
- Availability: Aligned with the clients working hours, with flexibility to attend meetings and coordination sessions as required.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT:
- Computer/Laptop: At least Intel i5 equivalent or higher and 8GB RAM or higher.
- Stable Internet Connection: Minimum speed must be 25Mbps (download) and 10Mbps (upload), wired connection is preferred (but not required), and back up connection is a plus.
- Peripherals: Built-in or external webcam, headset with microphone (noise cancelling is a plus)
- Backup power source is a ideal, but not required
COMPENSATION TERMS:
- The Brand Manager shall be compensated at a monthly rate
- Payment shall be processed according to the agreed billing cycle and in accordance with the invoicing guidelines set by the client.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead marketing strategy, brand programs, and portfolio innovation for the Homemakers with Kids segment
- Utilize consumer insights to establish market size, segmentation, competitor analysis, and effective marketing plans
- Develop strategies to drive relevance, differentiation, and usage while managing resources efficiently
- Oversee brand performance through KPI measurement, analysis, and performance reporting
- Maintain and enforce brand governance standards, including branding guidelines, marketing standards, and KPI dashboards
- Collaborate with Category Managers, Business Teams, partner agencies, and leadership to align strategies and achieve brand objectives
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Management, Business, or related field
- 4-5 years of experience in brand or marketing management roles
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute innovative strategies
- Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making for complex issues
- Proficiency in PC-based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
